When did you reveal your pregnancy?

Hi everyone!
I was just curious when you all decided to reveal that you were pregnant to family and friends?
My husband and I have been itching so bad to tell, but we know we want to wait a while longer. 
And when you did tell friends and family about the surprise, any cool ideas on how you told them?

We just did. I'm 9 weeks 4 days. My last pregnancy we told really early and I ended up having a miscarriage. So we wanted to wait until after our first appointment. This is how we told most of our family:

I told eveyone the same day I got 5 positive pregnancy tests! I threw a quick family dinner and then had hubby open the present containing the pregnancy tests... Caught it all on video! It was awesome! I know it was early but I was excited and felt very blessed. Plus God sent me this baby and I want everyone to know it was in this world instead of hiding it and if I had a miscarriage act like I was never pregnant. So I always make my announcements very early.

I'm 5 1/2 weeks and we told our families as soon as we found out (maybe a few days later). But to be honest I think maybe we should of waited a little late longer due to miscarriage concerns. But then again any life no matter how long or short should be celebrated <3

We're doing a valentines announcement. Not on valentines day though. Probably around the 24th when we have our next ultrasound.

We told yesterday, I'm 8 weeks... But on baby #2 so I'm starting to show, couldn't hide it anymore! Waiting to tell the "facebook" world until closer to 12 weeks :)

We told our parents and siblings the day we found out.  We are waiting to tell our friends after our first doctors appt and then everyone else at 12 weeks

work colleagues (because I had severe morning sickness) early at 6 weeks. Will hold off announcing to everyone until after the 12 week scan.

We told family throughout the last few weeks. I am 9 weeks today. I told my mom the day I found out, as well as my grandmother.. every other family member  we waited til about 7-8 weeks.

Now I did tell a few of my close friends but I'm not going to put it on facebook until I hit 12 weeks.. (hopefully) it's so hard holding this in but I just want to make sure everything is okay with the baby.

When I told my family, I was 8wks.  Here's how I told them... Some of my family & I were playing a game called Balderdash. It has different categories & movies being one of them.  I did however have 1 cousin that knew & she was my p.i.c.... So, when she chose the movie category, I had no clue what the title was going to be, so part of my answer was on the fly.. Title of movie: Nearly A Nasty Accident

My answer: After a nasty ice cream accident, a couple met, fell in love, got married & started a family. Story made possible by.., (& I put my & SO's name)

I then had my mom read it to see if that was a good answer. To say the least, she was SHOCKED! Loved every moment!

Believe me, it's hard keeping a secret when you're really close w/ your family too.... I was getting so nervous as the time neared, I thought I was going to puke. Thank goodness the cat is out of the bag now!!! Hope you're able to tell them soon!  I also looked up riddles... If you & your family are into riddles..
