I'm 4 weeks 3 days and I don't feel pregnant? No cramps no breast tenderness , nothing! Should I be concerned?

I'm 5 or 6 weeks along and still have no symptoms! Breasts aren't tender. I still notice little cramps here and there but not as many as I did right when I found out. I'm tired and that's it. Pretty sure it's normal!

Everyone is different but I have sore nipples and small cramps off and on. And a few weird food cravings. I'm so excited for all of us!!!
