Question - Your Experiences?

Heather
Hi...I'm 38, SO is 37. No kids, and we've been not trying but not preventing for almost three years. Due to work and stuff, we typically end up having sex on weekends - so about 2x a week, sometimes three. No pregnancies yet.
So, both myself and my SO have been tested and his semen analysis was perfect, as was all of my blood work, my ultrasound, and my HSG.
My fertility specialist suggested Clomid w/IUI followed (if unsuccessful) by IVF. To be honest, neither of us want to do it (it's stressful, disruptive, and just not something we want to undergo).
So, my question is: Has anyone gotten pregnant without help, while in their 30s, after a few years of not really trying but not preventing - after they've been diagnosed with "unexplained infertility"?
Thanks!
