Bad Bloating at 5 weeks and 2 days.

Did anyone feel this bloated or looked this bloated at 5 weeks and 2 days. My last pregnancy I some how got pregnant with triplets I had misscarrage of each one between 6-8 weeks and I felt this huge then! I feel just as big as last time. Multiples is not in my family at all! But I also have small fibroids three I believe and I had placental abruption last march at 28 weeks with my son completely. I know that doesn't matter but fibroids might right?
