Hello all- so I've sadly been diagnosed with a likely blighted ovum at 6w4d, I have a follow up on Friday where I should be 7w5d.. I'm having increased pregnancy symptoms this week- sore boobs, fatigue, nausea... so I'm trying not to get my hopes up too high that maybe they're wrong? I'm supposed to be having an ultrasound Friday then discussing my options for a D&C, meds, or waiting for a natural miscarriage. Anyone else been through this? Are the pregnancy symptoms just my body thinking it's pregnant, or a good sign that possibly they are wrong?
