At how many dpo do you start noticing symptoms?

What dpo do you normally start noticing symptoms? 
​Does everyone get implantation bleeding or can you still be pregnant without it? 
​What is the earliest you can test and possibly get a positive?

As far as testing and getting a positive that varies too. It depends on how much HCG your body produces early and how many you may be carrying. But implantation usually happens between 6-12 dpo so I would say 8 or 9dpo would be the absolute earliest you may get a positive. Just remember most will not get a positive that early. I got mine at 12dpo but I had not tested before then.

11 dpo I started cramping, thought it was cramps for AF but much more of a dull type feeling

i had what i though were symptoms and 8 dpo they disapeared i took a test and it was positive, only symptom i have now are swollen breasts

I had AF like cramping starting about 8dpo which is unusual for me. I also had sore boobs but that wasn't out of the ordinary. No, you don't always have implantation bleeding, I didn't. I am 6w2d today and the nausea and fatigue have just started. But everyone is different.
