Green tea is one of the main teas you can not drink while pregnant?

It interferes with folic acid absorption but I dunno about it being unsafe.
I would guess it's fine unless you're drinking it multiple times everyday. Maybe make sure you don't drink it around the time you take your prenatals.

I have it up fully due to its effect on absorption of folic acid. I drink lemon and ginger tea instead

Depends on a person's health. Your doctor is best suited to answer the question for you. It contains caffeine and can decrease your folic acid. Undesirable effects can be passed through breast milk as well so that's another thing to consider while breastfeeding.
