just got AF today 2/1, next AF due 3/7
This was my second month TTC, nothing yet! Staying positive! I've incorporated yoga, meditation, taking supplements, OPKs, and taking ashwaganda to lower stress. Going to get maca root today. What tricks are you guys trying? I love hearing about different cultural methods!
