Nothing, ESPECIALLY IF ITS THE COMMO COLD. Doesn't even matter have to live through it, there's is NO CURE, just take a couple of warm showers through out the day to clear your sinuses (:

You can't really take anything hun. Just try to get lots of rest and drink orange juice to get vitamin c. You can do a nasal rinse like a Neti pot or nasal spray. That might help.
