Paraguard... no hormones! I took it off in September after having it for close to 6 years.. no interruption to my cycle.. got pregnant in early January.

Definitely the mirena. I was on it for 3 years and took it off. I had no side effects and it definitely does the job . After 8 months of taking it off I became pregnant 🤰🏻
