The only time I bled in pregnancy I miscarried. This pregnancy I had 0 bleeding and I'm 20 weeks. But my mom said she had bleeding in the first month she was pregnant with me. Also my aunt had period-like bleeding she didn't even know she was pregnant until 6 months lol
