Post Nasal Drip Help
Has anyone ever had PND so bad that it's hard to sleep at night? I almost had a panick attack last night cause I suddenly had a hard time breathing while laying on my back in bed. Is there anything I can do to help it? I thought it was just my normal allergies but it's so much worse at night. Any help is greatly appreciated!!
