Help tmi!

Had a knot feeling in my stomach Sunday, May 11. I thought maybe it was gas or my period would be coming. My period is not scheduled until the 20th. When I wipe, there is sometimes nothing, today there was pink stuff on the toilet tissue. What is this? Could it be that month?! I am 9 dpo. Knot feeling in stomach comes and goes.
