Unconventional symptoms?!?

The past couple of days I have had a tightness in my stomach. Hard to explain. I got a YI two days ago and this morning I have cried twice while reading my emails...could this be symptoms?? Or am I in my head?? Yesterday day I was 9 DPO and I got a BFN.
