lotus birth
Has anyone had a lotus birth and have any advice or done any research on this method? I'm assuming this is still even possible with twins ? If I end up needed a c-section is it still possible ? I haven't done much research but I've heard there are great benefits but what about the time frames ? Risks? What if the twins share a placenta ?
