Do you judge people who have had a breast augmentation by choice?

I fell down the rabbit hole of watching cosmetic surgery procedures and experience videos on YouTube (they fascinate me, don't ask why) and I noticed there were a lot of rude comments. People were saying BAs are selfish, conceited, self-mutilation, etc. They were worse than that, but I'm not going to go into detail because a lot of them pisses me off. I was just trying to see how popular this thought is.

I personally think cosmetic surgery, whether it be breast augmentation, rhinoplasties, etc, are a good thing. I see nothing wrong with someone changing what they don't like. It makes for happier, more confident people as long as they don't have a mental illness that alters their self perception such as body dysmorphia.
