I used to be in a program (wont say) however there were people there that were caucasian racist people and african american people . So there was this question and things got out of control. So they made everybody pick a side of the room to go to ( meaning one side was for rascim and the other against it) so i was the only fare person on the against side and everyone else was black the other side was all white . So the other side called me out and stated why dont u put ur priveleges To use and not waste it on them, they dont even deserve it . So i continues as so . I walked to the middle of the room and said i look white huh however im Brazilian~portuguese, American Dominican and puertorican and i am damn sure proud to be every aspect of every nationality i am the privileges i am given due to my skin i will surely put them to use . The use of justice and equality unity and love . Why should i hate these people ? Because they have more pigment in their skin? Like why? I share the same blood as these people and you didnt even know. But now that i stated i am one of them you now call me scum. No people! it is u that are the problem . Ur hearts are black with hate and ur minds are clouded by judgement. Do you ladies think i handled this wrong or just right ? I need to know. But when i said this (in the room) i felt a fire in my belly and a weight on my heart because facing these people in person felt so much more different than just reading about it.
