could I be pregnant

I had unprotected sex a day before my fertility and also on day 3 of my fertility.. (he didn't not pull out) were not trying to have a baby but were also not doing anything that would prevent it from happening.. a day before my ovulation I had some cramping , I was wondering if I could be implantation cramps that I was feeling ?

I just want to know what are my chances I could be or not .. (let me know what you think)
