early labour? 35+3

Since 2 nights ago, had a lot of increasing pelvic pressure, with some pains, haven't gone with paracetamol but it comes and goes as it pleases. Feels like heavy period pains up my lady regions... not in my stomach. Also noticed increased discharge, loose bowels, decrease in appetite and very nauseous on and off. Feeling some pressure in bottom. Also now I'm experiencing insomnia. Signs that I'm in early labour or just general pregnancy?
