sign of labor??

I know some of you were asking if belly ache or feeling nauseous was a sign of labor so just curious if any of them turned into births? I woke up feeling great and thought how weird I'm not in pain anywhere. Well sure enough 2 hrs later I get a headache and feeling nauseous. Going to lay down before it gets worse! REALLY hoping it's labor and not the flu going around. Due Sunday.
