Burning pain 10 dpo

I'm 10 dpo. I was freezing and so I decided to sit close to the fireplace. In half an hour I felt burning pain in the low right side of my stomach. I nearly fainted. Now I am lying on my back ( it felt comfortable) and shaking. The pain is almost gone. I am terrified to think that if I have conceived this month, now beside of my stupidity I might cause a miscarriage. Is there any chance I might miscarry? Or was it too early to do so?
