Can wheat intolerance cause bad cramping?

I'm 19 weeks, and although I have a gluten intolerance I have been craving it a lot.

Will this cramping affect my baby?

I know if you have actual celiac it is bad to have gluten. It messes with your body.

Yes I have celiac and cramp like period along with other stuff

It could cause your stomach to mess up more. I'm slightly lactose intolerant but now that I'm pregnant I REALLY am. I get stomach cramps but it wouldn't cause uterus cramps. I'm 20 weeks and I've been feeling a lot of pulling/muscle camps from my uterus growing so it could be that.
