I had these underneath my breasts a few months ago when I had a chemical pregnancy. You might wanna take a test! It's a sign you could possibly be pregnant. If you're not then I'd say your breasts are just changing & there stretch marks from weight gain or weight loss.

It's most likely scratch marks, normally when mine are alittle itchy due to lack of moisture or the softness of my top it gets itchy so i of course scratch it and usually am left with purple-ish colored scratches as well as little red dots.
