Stay At Home Moms

Hello! I'm Jordan. I am 22 years old and expecting our first baby in late July. My boyfriend is going back to work for a company he previously worked for and loved (he had quit last time because he moved states) and he will be making enough for me to be a SAHM. I have worked since i was 16. I have ALWAYS wanted to stay home with my future children, and he really wants me to as well. However, I have always been financially independent. I feel like talking about "his money" makes me seem.. controlling maybe? I just feel odd discussing money. He is very sweet and very much so in the "it's OUR money" mindset. My question is, how do you just LET someone support you? How do you discuss finances without feeling awkward?
