Car accident.

So last year when I was 10 weeks pregnant my boyfriend and I were in a car accident. The night of, the hospital they sent us to didn't do an ultrasound. We had to wait 2 more days to get one, and that was because we drove all the way to another county to get one. (They wanted us to wait for 2 more days at a appointment I already had) after that ultrasound we went to my appoinment. They had problems finding the heartbeat at both places. 2 1/2 weeks later I find out the baby had died at 10 weeks 3 days (the day of the last ultrasound) and that I needed to get a D&C done (September 8th). I was devostated. The insurance company is saying unless the doctor specifically put on a document that I lost the baby then they will not recognize it as cause of the loss. But it was 3 days after the car accident that the baby died. Idk if it's because of that or not. But a lot of me believes that it is the reason.
