Yesterday I got a non flashing smiley face on the digital indicating peak. Today I tested again and got the brightest positive I've ever seen on the strip but just a circle (non peak) on the digi. Can someone explain why this happens?

I thought on the strips the lines were supposed to be of equal darkness to be positive? Those look negative to me.
