I'm wondering if I miscarriage. Here's my symptoms... I got a faint line on a preg test like a little over a week and a half after ovulation. My period was late by 6-7 days. 2 weeks after ovulation I started getting really bad pain in my lower back and my ovary area. Now yesterday  I started cramping bad and it started out light. And bright red. I've had an increase in CM of clear and watery and reddish. Now on day 2 (today) my bleeding got bad. Last night I put a tampon in and a few hours later it was completely full with bright red blood. I was fighting all day with cramps. And I had a huge spot in my underwear. (My tampon was in correctly). I have been feeling a little nauseous, threw up a few days ago but nothing would come up! Haven't been eating much. And having cravings. I haven't had no brown blood. I've had only bright red. I've been feeling irritable, fatigue, drained, tired... moody. My grandma thought it was an eptopic preg but now I'm curious in this? Anyone please help.
