I know a lot of you will probably bash me for posting this instead of taking him to the doctor (it's 12am). But my son does this every night before bed. It first started with his cheeks and now it's spread to his chin. It's not anywhere else on his body, he's not having trouble breathing, he hasn't had anything different to eat, I haven't used any different soap or detergent. I thought maybe it's where he has been playing and maybe got a little hot but to me it looks like a rash. What do you think it is? Like I said please keep the comments nice, I'm a first time mother and I would just like some nice feed back.
