Stupid cycles 😔

My dd is almost 6 months old (august 9th bday) and we were debating on trying again. We weren't sure but decided on a whim to go for it the day I was supposed to ovulate 😂 (yesterday) so now we are in the TWW. I highly doubt it will happen this month but we will see! The last two cycles I had before I got pregnant were 37 days, the only two cycles I have had since I had my dd were 38 days a part so I was optimistic I'd be regular. But I took an opk on the 1st around 8pm, the 2nd around 8pm, and the 3rd around 8am and there wasn't even a hint of a surge any of those days. So now I don't know if I ovulated early, am going to ovulate late, if I missed the surge somehow or what!

My shortest cycle was 23 days so I took a pregnancy test today (day 25) and got a bfn. Since I don't know when AF is actually due I am in limbo for now! I usually only get acne right before AF and I have it now 😔 I have been an emotional wreck since like the 28th 😂, and my boob has had a weird ache in it.

But, none of that seems similar to when I was pregnant with my dd, so I think my body is just trying something new 😂
