is it okay to drink these everyday?

I've been drinking so much of this. My mom told me to slow down before I get a UTI.  I put it in 20oz water bottles. Freakin delicious

Its like drinking gatorade everyday.. Not the best for you but just don't overdo it and make sure you're drinking a lot of plain water (put a lemon in it or cucumbers- so good iced cold!)

Fake sugar is worse for u than real sugar. Try stevie drinks or la Croix sparkling water

My boyfriends mom lives on that stuff!! She drinks it everyday all day long. You should be fine

Its def not gonna give you a uti.... lol. Caffine is linked to kidney stones but it takes alotttt and long time use.

they might have a lot of sugar but maybe drink it with ice .

I wouldn't but I tend to avoid things with aspartame.
