Hi, guys! I just went to the ER thinking that I had appendicitis. However, the blood work came back that I was pregnant! They said it was too early to be detected via ultrasound, but based on my last period and HCG levels, I'm around 5 weeks.

My boyfriend and I weren't trying - we're only 20, he's about to turn 21 - so this is all a lot for me to take in.

I want to tell him by doing something cute. I thought about getting a onesie and writing "The appendix is okay!", but I'm not sure.

How did you guys tell your SO? Any ideas? ☺
