Thoughts?

Not going to get myself worked up over it but my period is 3 days late. No pms symptoms as I usually have, but I've had a lot of cramping that isn't as intense as it usually is before af, and now I've got a seriously increase amount of lotion consistency cm, to the point where I was cramping and super wet running to the bathroom thinking I'm bleeding on myself but I'm not. Got a serious migraine 2 days ago just coming out of nowhere and now i gag every time i brush my teeth when i usually dont. I tested yesterday and got a negative. Is it in my head that I could probably be pregnant or is my endometriosis toying with me?
