Not knowing DPO I am..help

My clear blue said I was at peak on Jan 28th and yesterday I had very burning and tingly nipples. Today I woke @ 5am with boob pain and same nipple tingle. What DPO am I and should I be experiencing early pregnant symptoms? I have had 3 ectopic so I am high risk and I am scared to wait to go to the Dr because of being high risk but I don't know what they could do anyway? I lost one tube due to one of the ectopic pregnancy's. Please help with any info ladies..
