Advice on fertility meds😩

So I was pregnant around November and lost the baby at only 7 weeks. It was really heart breaking even though I was so early. I've been try to get pregnant again since the miscarriage. I know it could take time and it'll happen when it's suppose to but I'm trying really hard to conceive. I track my ovulation, I have sex on bottom and wait a few minutes before peeing with my legs up to my chest, etc. I'm 20 years old so I'm in my prime! But each time my period comes around I get my hopes up and each time I'm let down. What are some over the counter type meds do you recommend to help?
