I really hate taking my baby to her dads side of family

Every time we're over there they ask why does she cry like that , she's spoiled etc. like i take her there so the dad can see her. I leave her maybe an hour to go shopping because dad and I broke up and I'm too hurt to be around him ATM. But honestly if they keep saying shit I don't don't want to go there and take her . They also say babies  should cry to develop their lungs and that's why I barely leave her long.   They have stupid wives tales they also think I'm crazy if I don't use the advice like a string on the head to solve hiccups.
