Does anyone else wake up with headaches every single morning? I'm diabetic but it's not high blood sugars. I'm not sure if it's high BP or insulin or being pregnant in general. Tylenol does nothing and it's literally EVERY morning when I wake up. It's been going on for at least half the pregnancy. I'm 36 weeks. I tell every doctor, every nurse, and none of them have any help or explanation.
