Possibly pregnant??

So yesterday I went to the doctor for what I thought was an infection turns out no infection but my pee stunk awful so she done a pregnancy test negative results but she said With my back pain I'm having I could be pregnant just to early to tell but today I have this very sore to the touch spot down on my left side front by my hair line on my ovaries with a ton of back pain and sore sore boobs! Also last week I had a lot of sticky mucus more than usual! Any advice would be helpful
