weird bump/ pimple on my neck

I have this really weird bump on my neck. I thought it was a pimple so if I left it alone, I thought it would go away. And it hasn't. It has been there for 2 weeks. I tried popping it but there's no puss and it hurts a lot. What could it be? It's sorta red
