Shaving Boobs??

So I am very ethnic and very hairy, and it's something I can't help. I have pretty light skin, and hair all over most of my body; some of it is blonde peach fuzz, and a small portion of it is dark and thick. There are certain parts of my body that I am not so confident in because of that. A little while ago, I shaved my breasts around my nipples because I have a few long, black, wiry hairs around there. I realize it was a mistake and I had to deal with stubble for a week and a half, which wasn't fun. I was just wondering if anyone else deals with having hair around their nipples, or anywhere else, and what they do about it. Also, I am insecure about the hair right under my belly button and on my lower back. Please help, thank you.

Also, I really hate shaving these parts of my body, if that wasn't obvious before.
