I was in Colorado from Feb. 30th - Feb. 2nd. While I was there I received a email saying I got a "claim" processing. So of course I gave Progressive a call about it. They said this guy got into a accident called into Progressive pretended to me me with ALL my information and did a claim under my policy. He has same car as me cept I have hatch back he has sedan and a year older. I spoke to the agent handling the ordeal he said he sent me a denial letter because of course I didn't get into any accident. The letter I received doesn't sounds like a denial letter at all. What can I do? This guy has been tormenting for years now... he never gets in trouble for the crimes he's committed. He's a scamer. I need some help and haven't heard back from any lawyers. I contacted police as well. A officer who was there when accident happened said the gentlemen gave him a different policy number. I don't know. I'm in so much stress any suggestions?
