He won't date me..

My fiancé hasn't taken me on a date or anything for over a year. In couples therapy that's been one of our "homeworks" as it's something that bothers me and has been for quiet some time now... he's made time to go out and drink with friends at least 2-3 times a month but nothing just me and him besides stay home and watch moviesZ we aren't building any intimate memories together. On top of that we have a baby arriving in April. weekends have gone by and he still hasn't asked.. last night I wanted to go but we ended up having my step daughter here, so I just asked him if he wanted to go tonight and I can tell he doesn't want to because he probably made plans with his friends.. All of a sudden he's in a pissed off mood.. starting to feel like it just doesn't matter to him. What do I do? Also tired of arguing about things like this..
