Drunk while pregnant

Please don't judge me, I regret it terribly and I pray to God my baby is ok

I have the jadelle and I had sex maybe 5-6 weeks ago. I went away on holiday last week and got really drunk and the day after I was hungover was throwing up, but I didn't stop for 4 days so I took a pregnancy test and the two lines came up straight away. Is my baby harmed in any way? I haven't been to the doctor yet
