How far along do you think I am?

We found out that we are pregnant this past Sunday on the 29th!! My last period started on December 14 and ended the 17. My ovaries pregnancy app says I'm 7 weeks! Last night I went to the ER because of severe pain in my right side where my ovaries are. It turns out I have a cyst on my ovary and with the pregnancy is causing the pain to be worse. They did an ultrasound on me last night and we're not able to see the baby because I'm too early. We could see my sac in my uterus though. The ER doctor said I'm only four weeks if that. What do y'all think?

The same thing happened to me. My last cycle was on December the 1st  which would make my due date like September the 7th or something. When I went to the doctor for my 1st ultrasound sounds at what I thought was 7 weeks he told me I was only about 6 weeks and 2 days. Told me he think my cycle were irregular even thought I came pretty much on time every month. I have to go back this week at about 9 weeks and some change to get a better guess at the due date and check everything out.  I got to hear a heartbeat thou and see it! It was beautiful 💗💗💓💓

I am experiencing a lot of the same things except I am bleeding along with it. My dr said the same thing. He thinks I am only 4 weeks along but my period started on dec 19th. I guess could be pregnant anytime during that month between periods

Same thing happened to me and my dates of LMP is around yours too. I'm only 5weeks as I ovulated late (I did ovulation tests).  At first scan they only saw the sac too. Then went a few days later and saw the yolk sac. Now been asked to return In 2 weeks to see the heartbeat. Hopefully I will see one! Pray so hard. If you have longer cycles than 28days or u ovulated late then using LMP to calculate due date won't give u an accurate results. Wait another coupla weeks and have another scan that will be the most accurate for u. All the best.

If your last menstrual started on the 14th then you are 7 weeks and 4 days because that is when i had my last period and that is what the doctors told me, they base it off your last menstrual period but good luck to you and your pregnancy

Definitely in between 4-5 weeks.
I was at the ER towards the end of 4 weeks because of vaginal spotting, they could only see a questionable gestational sac. I went back at 7 weeks, and the baby was there & measuring 6 weeks 3 days so my dates we're slightly off but they said that was totally ok! 
I go back for another ultrasound tm, I'll be 8 weeks 3 days. Just to make sure baby is growing etc as I had a miscarriage 4/5 months ago.
