PLEASE HELP

My period is 6 days late. I have minor cramps, peeing more often, a thick white discharge and my breast are tendor. The condom broke about 3-4 weeks ago. I'm 16 years old, I'm a sophmore in high school, by boyfriend is also 16, but a jr. I try to talk to him about it and he gets really emotional and upset. I just want to know what to do I'm scared. We have been dating for 6 months now, our parents know nothing about us being sexual. How do I talk to my mom? How do I not make him upset? If you were me what would you do?
