HELP!! IM SCARED 😳

Okay, I have a Perineum tear which is the area right below your vagina before your anus. I also have two little raw spots under my outer right lip(vagina) and have had a yeast infection for about a week now with a dose of antibiotics....😳 it hurts like hell when I pee; so much that I actually tear up. I did research and it can be caused by strained bowel movement due to constipation or rough sex, and lucky me I've had both in the last two weeks... me and my SO have had Unprotected sex before without ejaculation because I was scared to death of having a STD or STI.
