BFN but still bloated?

So I took a pregnancy test and I got a negative result.. But I still feel super bloated.. Confused lol

Maybe go to doctor and get blood test?!? My cousin didn't find out till 5 months and it was by ultrasound to see if any issues because of no period. All urine tests came back negative and she only gained like 8 pounds and not showing at the time. It was around the hi days so she thought it was just all the junk food.
