tmi but I feel so wet and am petrified

So the night before last I went to the bathroom and noticed a very light spot of brown mush (it had gone by 3-4hrs) later. I'm guessing implantation bleed as I was 11dpo (have had several BFP) since 9dpo. I've got intimitent cramps pinchy pully ones sometimes into my back sometimes lower abdomen. I've woke up this morning feeling very wet a little drippy in fact, I feel like I can feel wetness coming out. I was convinced its blood, I checked and it's just lots of creamy cm I checked my cervical position and that's so high I can barely reach. Any one else going through similar?
