Baby movements

So im 30wks and up until yesterday i had been feeling him regularly but yesterday i was in town so i was on my feet moving around alot then came home and took a nap and since i got up i havent felt him move as much as i normally do. I dont know if i should be worried or if its normal for this to happen. Plus today was one of those every emotional days where i want to cry at everything so ive been upset and crying and didnt know if that was a reason i havent felt him as much either. Just need someone to help me out with this plz
