Would you?

We know a couple that are both developmentally slow. They also do drugs. They have had 3 kids in 4 years. All are developmentally behind and one has regular seizures. They lost custody of their children and a family member got them. Now she is pregnant again and she can't or doesn't want to keep it. I really want the baby. My husband says no way. He doesn't want a baby that may have defects from drug abuse or may be developmentally slow from genetics. I so want this baby. She is due July 8.
