7 weeks 5 days bleed In the uterus

I had a scan on Friday and was told baby had a good heartbeat but there had been a bleed in the uterus and to hope that over the next two weeks I don't bleed. Since then I have felt really rough, cramps, back pain and sickness (flu like symptoms) ... I am so worried and praying all in ok but have a horrible feeling. Have a four year old to act normal for but just want to curl up
